Lindsey Kirk

Lindsey has a BS from the University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!) and began her career in financial services in the mailroom at an IMO. She has held positions as a Fulfillment Manager, Annuity New Business Director, Long Term Care Marketer, Annuity Marketer, and Vice President of Operations. In her 16 years in the industry, she has worked for Regions Bank, as a Senior Teller, Allianz Life, Gameplan Financial Marketing, and currently Legend FMS. She also had the opportunity to work as a Hospitality Staff Member for The Atlanta Braves. In her work as an agent, an IMO marketer, and a leader in IMO operations, she has found that she is happiest in roles where she is assisting others with their success.  She’s done it all, from operations to marketing within the annuity and life insurance industry, and her 4 years with Legend have given her even more experience across all insurance lines.

At Legend, Lindsey runs the operations and service side of the business, managing the administrative teams that are charged with processing the contracting, commissions, and new business paperwork for producers. She also creates and implements the procedures for all processing. Lindsey and the team know what it’s like to slowly build a book of business, because that’s what Legend is also doing. She is just as hungry to make the most of Legend. To make that happen, she is extremely thorough in her follow through and her focus on not letting things “slip through the cracks”. She is very resourceful and has developed many methods for keeping organized and focused while assisting agents. In fact, that’s her favorite part of her job. Finding the perfect product for a client allows her to help not only Legend’s producers, but also their clients.

Lindsey fundraises and volunteers for Light The Night (Leukemia and Lymphoma Society) in memory of her mom, who passed away from non-hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2007. She also spends time with her husband and two daughters, Audrey 12, Reese 9, doing fun activities like singing, video scrapbooking, and glamping.
